BUILD AI WORKFLOWS
Automate repetitive processes across your organisation — from the first email to the final invoice.
We connect AI to the ERP, email and documents your business already runs — so enquiries, quotations and paperwork stop moving through five screens and one person's memory.
30 minutes. You leave with a one-page plan of what we'd build first, what it needs and what it costs — yours whether you hire us or not.
Mumbai · On your infrastructure where it matters
Tell us what your company does. Our AI — running on our own infrastructure — will map six workflows worth your attention. No signup. Your description goes to our own AI on our own servers — not to OpenAI, Google or Anthropic — and we don’t store it.
This is the shortlist we start from with most companies in your position. Bring us yours and we'll make it specific.
We'll send the map, plus the twelve questions worth asking any AI vendor — including the ones that are uncomfortable for us to answer.

Automate repetitive processes across your organisation — from the first email to the final invoice.
Connect AI with the software and information you already use — email, ERP, CRM, documents, databases.
Deploy specialised agents capable of reasoning, retrieving and executing real work.
Deploy AI infrastructure your organisation can control. Your data, your models, your ground.
We take on a small number of engagements at a time, so it is worth both of us knowing early.
Not a chatbot window. A system that reads, routes, checks and does — with a human in the loop exactly where it should be.
We map one real process end-to-end — the emails, the spreadsheets, the heads it lives in.
We link AI to the software you already run — no rip-and-replace.
AI joins the humans in the loop — suggesting, drafting, flagging.
Repetitive work becomes reliable, monitored workflow.
Agents begin working together — the company gains an AI operating layer.
Everything runs on your own infrastructure. Nothing leaves.
Sensitive work stays home; the rest uses the fastest available compute.
Sovereign when you need it. Elastic when you don't.
One private network. Zero data leaving it.
AL AI grew out of a material-handling business in Mumbai that was digitised but not intelligent. The enquiries arrived. The documents accumulated. The knowledge sat in a few heads. The work still moved through the same 1,284-email, copy-paste, ask-the-one-person-who-knows loop.
So we built for ourselves first. The first system — turning a customer enquiry into a quotation, without a human copying data between five screens — changed how we saw the whole company.
The difficult part isn't getting AI to talk. It's getting AI to work. That's the difference between a demo and a system that survives a Monday morning. That's why I built AL AI.

AL AI is an engineering company based in Mumbai. We work on site across the city and over video everywhere else.
We're a working studio in Mumbai, not a sales office. Walk through the rack, watch the system run, then decide.
Straight answers to the questions we hear most — pricing, security, timelines, and what we need from you.
Every engagement is scoped to the workflow, not to a fixed product. After the session you get a written shortlist: what to build first, what it needs, and what it costs — yours to keep either way. There is no obligation to proceed, and no surprise line items later. Hardware is quoted separately and only where your workflow actually needs it.
ChatGPT is a general model that knows nothing about your business — and it reads everything you type into it. What we build is different in two ways: the models can run on your own hardware, so your enquiries, pricing and customer data never leave your network; and the system is connected to your ERP, email and documents, so it doesn't just chat — it does the work. A chatbot answers questions. A workflow executes steps.
For private and hybrid deployments, everything runs inside your network: the models, the retrieval index and the workflow engine. Your data has zero egress. There is no vendor in the middle holding a copy of your enquiries, pricing or customer history. You keep control of the data, the models and the integrations — and you can audit what the system can see.
It depends on how connected your systems already are, but a first assisted workflow — say, enquiry-to-quotation draft with human review — is typically a matter of weeks, not a year-long project. We start with the narrowest useful workflow, prove it in your real operations, and only then widen the scope. You see working software early, not a roadmap at the end.
Access to the systems the workflow touches — email, ERP, documents, file servers — and the people who know how the work actually happens today. We need to see real examples: actual enquiries, actual quotations, actual exceptions. The more genuine history you can share, the better the first version is. We don't need you to tidy anything up first.
No pitch deck. Bring us one frustrating business process. We look at how it actually works — the emails, the spreadsheets, the heads it lives in — and explore how AI could redesign it. You leave with a concrete picture of what we'd build first, what it needs, and what it costs. It's yours to keep either way, and it costs you nothing to say no.
That's the point of building it as an intelligence layer rather than a one-off tool. Once the first workflow is running, the second one reuses the same foundation: the same models, the same retrieval index, the same ERP connection. A sales agent can hand off to a quotation agent, which talks to a documentation agent. Each addition gets cheaper and faster than the first.
It depends on the workflow. A first assisted workflow can often run on a single modern GPU server in your office or on-site; heavier or multi-workflow setups scale out to a small cluster. We size it for your actual volume and quote it separately — you own the hardware, we don't rent it to you. If you already have capacity, we'll tell you honestly whether it's enough.
Let's see what AI can do with it. 30 minutes. Bring us one frustrating business process — we'll explore how AI could redesign it.
