What this site stores, and what it doesn't.
Written against what the code actually does, not from a template. If you find a difference between this page and the site's behaviour, that is a bug and we want to hear about it.
The short version
No cookies. No third-party analytics. No advertising or tracking scripts. Nothing is loaded from a content delivery network, so no other company sees that you visited. We store only what you deliberately type into a form, and we never store your IP address.
The AI Opportunity Finder
What you type into the finder is sent to our own AI model running on our own servers — not to OpenAI, Google or Anthropic. It is used to generate the workflow list you see and is not written to disk. If you then ask us to email you the map, the description is stored along with your email address so the reply makes sense.
When you ask for the map
We store the email address you enter, the description you gave the finder, and the workflow titles that were generated. We use it to send you the plan and to reply. You are not added to any mailing list, because there isn't one.
When you book a meeting
The topic and bottleneck you select are stored so the session starts with context. Booking itself is handled by our own self-hosted Cal.com instance — not a third-party scheduling service. If you fill in the post-booking form, that description and email are stored and used to prepare a briefing note before we meet.
Your IP address
We do not store it. Requests are rate-limited per visitor, and any record written to disk carries a salted one-way hash instead of the address. The salt rotates daily, so the hash cannot be used to follow you across days.
Usage measurement
We count anonymous events — that a page was viewed, that the finder was used, that a booking was opened. Each carries a random identifier held in your browser's session storage, which disappears when you close the tab. No cookie, no browser fingerprint, no referrer, no IP.
Where it lives, and for how long
On our own server in India, in files readable only by the account that runs the site. We keep enquiry records while a conversation is live and for a reasonable period afterwards, and we delete them on request.
Your rights
Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act you can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, and ask for it to be erased. Write to the address in the footer of the home page and we will action it. We are the data fiduciary for anything collected here.
What we will never do
Sell your data, share it with an advertising network, add you to a list you did not ask for, or send anything to a third-party AI service without telling you on the page where you typed it.
